The I AM ART Model: Make, Break, Restore
At the heart of every I AM ART experience is a powerful creative journey that reflects worship, healing, and justice. Through the Make, Break, and Restore stages, participants learn to celebrate creativity, confront brokenness, and experience the beauty of transformation — discovering that hope and purpose can rise from even the most challenging moments.
Make
Participants are invited to explore their God-given creativity in this stage and reflect His beauty through art. It’s a time of inspiration and discovery, where imagination takes shape and new possibilities emerge. Through the freedom to create, we celebrate the goodness of God and begin a journey toward healing and purpose.
Break
This unexpected stage mirrors the brokenness we all face in life. Participants are invited to release control and surrender what they’ve made—a powerful act of trust. In this moment, we acknowledge pain and injustice in the world and point to God’s promise that brokenness is not the end but part of His greater story of redemption.
Restore
In this final stage, broken pieces are gathered and transformed into something new and more beautiful. It reflects God’s restorative power — healing hearts, mending relationships, and setting things right. Through art and community, participants experience hope and renewal, discovering that what was once broken can become a testimony of grace and purpose.
